Assembly and Screw Tightening
A hand suitable for the work is attached to the collaboration robot “MELFA ASSISTA” to perform assembly and screw tightening.
In screw tightening, an inner force sensor built into the hand is used to control and achieve a suitable torque.
People are engaged in delicate work such as picking up small parts including washers and magnets, and robots receive and attach such parts. A collaborative environment is realized in this way.
